IntroductionPerson profiles consists of a person name, biography and a photo.
This page contains guidelines of contributions of person profiles.
Photos- The photos should be in the aspect ratio of the image must be 1:1.50, such as 300x450, 200x300 or 100x150.
- The photos should not be upscaled from their original size.
- The photos should be head shots, and not full body shots.
- The photos may not in any way contain nudity.
- The photos may not contain heavy compression causing quality degrades, such as JPEG compression.
- The photos should preferably be in color, but black and white photos is accepted when the persons age is from a period where not many color photos were available.
Biography- The biography may not be copied by copyrighted sources.
- You may only contribute biography in the language which you are running the Collection Management program in.
Examples of Good Headshots
This is a great as a headshot photo, as it is clear, sharp and contains only the head, and only a small a part of the persons upper body on the photo.
Examples of Bad Headshots
This is not good as a headshot, as it is not of the persons head only, but of the full body.

This is not good, as it contains clear compression artefacts.

This is not good, as too much of the persons body is included, and the focus is therefore changed away from the head.

This is not good, as part of the head have been cut away.
